What Are Your Triggers?

I'm triggered by:
- the learning process
- Authority figures
- gaslighting, being ignored, told I'm stupid or "smarter than that"
- getting hit in the head (MA sparring classes were bad for this...)
- my parents' house
- Bible talk of any kind
- being really, truly happy or proud of myself
- seeing people be affectionate towards each other
- being asked a question that requires a specific answer (potential to be wrong)
- abuse of animals
- dentists/doctors of any kind!
- having to ask for help of any sort
- talk of masturbation or my own sexual experiences
- having attention thrust upon me in public
- cars or vans (being in them, driving them, etc. I can only drive trucks or SUV's)
- women
- filthy, cluttered living spaces

There's more, but that's all I can really think of right now.

Triggers, huh? I have never thought of even making a list! Thanks for the idea. I will make one for myself and then post some of them. I can relate to a lot of the ones already listed.
How about smells? Do these bother anyone? I have discovered that most of my memories/triggers are related to smells. Some are as specific as the person they are coming from.

Im sorry but that not OK. I would never, ever touch my kids in that way especially my son. If I cam...
Well I guess I see. What you're saying. That doesn't sound okay at all. I don't know... Just feels different. Like these things really were games. Lots of games. I ASKED to play them and even initiated most of them. I was really messed up. Have always been really messed up and perverted.
