Yes you are right, to overcome your own trauma voices is a major accomplishment, and to not list...

thank you... I'm getting better. Still struggle with it but at least I seem to be able to push through it!

Amazing. You turned your pain in to a profit! The hiatus sabbatical put to good use. I have to find a way for that myself. Used to sculpt. Think I just found a place that I can be in peace to let it all transform. Thanks for sharing your journey, it inspires me.

@Changeling somehow I have managed to just that.. and in that sense it's a very empowering feeling!.. there is immense pain here but I'm learning that it doesn't have to destroy me.. through suffering I am forging meaning and building identity.

I really hope you get back to sculpting.. I know for myself I have to be in the right mindset to do it.. but the more I am doing it the more I stay in a better mindset.. if you ever need encouragement just reach out. And you are welcome dear one. Just do whatever makes you feel your YOU as the rest falls away... even if just briefly....that's where the magic is. Much care and compassionate thoughts to you!
