Sometimes I ask myself how the hell I'm here.

Every step I take sometimes is a what the religious call a "blessing." I am not that religious, but understand what they are saying.

Perhaps it's that as we keep moving on the path that we realize the importance of each moment we get. With everything, I'm glad to be 'here'. I understand what you're saying.
