I am struggling to deal with my symptoms on many levels but one of the worst is my triggers in public during lectures people sometimes use my triggers to get me to hallucinate or have a flashback or I know this is a weird one but just randomly collapse and faint for hours it's just totally taken over my life and everything seems to be falling apart and I just feel totally helpless

Could you provide more detail? How do the people who use your triggers against you happen to know what your triggers are? Are they doing this on purpose?
They are doing this on purpose they know them because some of them are the reason why I have ptsd

By them causing it I mean twice within the past 4 months I have been effectively kidnapped by these people

I assume you're still in school then? Have you been diagnosed with PTSD? If so, then you should definitely find a way to have your doctor or psychiatrist contact the school officials.

If you haven't been diagnosed, can you tell us a little more about why you think you have PTSD, and about your flashbacks and hallucinations?

it sounds like you're having a pretty terrible time, and I'm sorry.

I have Been diagnosed I'm regularly seeing a psychiatrist twice a week
Also my college has been contacted but nothing was really done because what they are doing causes me a lot of distress and panic but it isn't really against the rules so nothing has really Been done also I have recently tried a weighted blanket and it works really well I still had some nightmares but they didn't wake me at least I can sleep now

Have you told the psychiatrist about this ongoing situation? If so, can he write to the college and find out why they, having been informed, have not done enough to contain the behaviour?

Do you have parents, advocate's, guardians who can approach the administration at the school and find out what else needs to be done?

Also my college has been contacted but nothing was really done

Why?

Kidnapping is a extremely serious offence. It's illegal. Do you really mean that?

And have you told them about the fainting, or been to get a full physical lately/spoken with a general practitioner or your primary care physician?

I’m also wondering if you’ve explained the situation fully to your psychiatrist, and if they have you on any medications.

It was done by about 20 girls and 7 of them were in court with me less than a month ago
and in terms of parents they have been divorced for years and my mother became abusive after this I got ptsd from the kidnappings I am really struggling to do anything I used to be able to do now everything I used to have is gone I just can't help feeling alone and I can barely have 15 minutes without a flashback or another symptom

I'm also not on meds

There’s this thing that happens, especially with the written word, where we know what we’re talking about, so it makes sense to us... but for people reading without the information in the missing gaps it’s too vague to process / understand what’s going on. So I wanted to say thanks for filling in some of those gaps & double check my understanding so far.

You’re in university, and about 4 months ago a group of about 20 girls kidnapped you twice. They’re in some of your classes, or follow you to classes, and deliberately provoke/tease/trigger you during those classes by doing things from that night/those nights (or days) which get you to react in a big way? Is that about accurate?

4 months ago would have been right around Rush Week... was this a Sorority event? Or team sport initiation/hazing?

I’m mostly asking because
- getting 20 people in on anything nearly always requires some kind of group cohesion with established leaders & followers & commonly held beliefs/rules & group trust; like being teammates, or members of a sorority.
- Rush & Team Initiations almost always include mock-kidnappings, and very rarely very real ones.

It was done by about 20 girls and 7 of them were in court with me less than a month ago
Real court? Or something like an on campus judicial review?

real court
It wasn't initiation for a team of any kind I'm not in any but I think they might be in some kind of sorority everything else is correct

real court

Righto a real court case relating to being kidnapped twice and yet the perpetrators are still free & going to University where you are also attending?

I'm also not on meds
I can barely have 15 minutes without a flashback or another symptom

^ If you symptoms are so severe I don't know how you are managing at all.
I think you ought to seek professional assistance again asap.
