I’m guessing that you’re seeing a therapist twice a week...? It’s quite rare for anyone to see a psychiatrist twice a week, even if they are on meds. Of course maybe things are different outside of the USA, I don’t know.

Your story doesn’t add up.

What does it mean to be “effectively” kidnapped? You either were kidnapped or you weren’t. And it’s happened twice, but the school takes no action? What kind of school is this? If you’ve actually been kidnapped twice and your school allows ongoing harassment, that’s lawsuit material. So what’s really going on?

Why are you still around these people? I’m all for fighting through things, but you’re effectively being re-traumatized by these people on a regular basis. What’s more important? Staying in school the rest of the semester, or your health for the rest of your life? Because yes, you’re essentially compounding your trauma, making healing harder. This is something you really don’t want to be doing.

sometimes use my triggers to get me to hallucinate or have a flashback or I know this is a weird one but just randomly collapse and faint for hours it's just totally taken over my life and everything seems to be falling apart and I just feel totally helpless
Yes, this is a thing.

Also, many times when actively being traumatized it is very difficult to put to words/timelines what happened and where. Don't be concerned about people asking what is happening and not being able to provide a crystal clear answer.

The fainting is a big problem, especially if you are passing out for hours. Dangerous going anywhere unaccompanied. Do you have a person(s) that can come with you? This is what I had to do for years. I don't have to anymore thank god.

Also, does the psychiatrist prescribe drugs for you? I found a sublingual Ativan helped a ton. Just having them with me and knowing that they would act ASAP in case I started to feel like I was going to drop was very helpful.

I am assuming you are always on high alert as you are fearing these girls will continue to harass and abuse you? Is there a way that you may be able to manage that better (no judgment there) to keep yourself safe?
