Adrenaline is elevated, making everything seem more frightening than it actually is, and keeping the hypervigilance up :p.
Really tired (more sleep would be a good idea, hoping someday!)
Grieving and depressed.
Rather overwhelmed...
Also enjoying the birds, kitties, and all the other critters here. The snow on the ground and in the trees is sparkling and rainbow-y, it's snowing heavily about 10 mi from here: dark clouds, but right now, the sun is shining overhead and that is very encouraging.
Hoping, against fear, for a good day, today.
