You Know You Have PTSD When...

When your zipper is down for hours and only realize it when you get ready for bed. Thankfully my top was long and all my clothes were plack. Now I wonder did the others see and not say anything glad I don't have to show face for months.

:roflmao::roflmao::roflmao::roflmao::roflmao::roflmao: And then you hear some man with a VERY creepy voice whispering in your ear "ollie, ollie oxen free" only to realise there's NO man, it's coming from inside your head:eek:

I know you didn't mean it but that a bit triggering for me

You know you have PTSD...
  • When you say to yourself, "I slept last night, I don't need to sleep tonight."
  • After hours of obsessively thinking and biting your nails down to the quick, you say to yourself, "You know, maybe my obsessive thinking is actually an asset to me. I wonder if my therapist is awake yet so that I can tell her/him that"
  • When you frequently say things like "you know" when addressing yourself and when talking to inanimate objects, you say "we".
  • When you see a little spider on the wall and decide to let it live because it's nice to have someone in the house to talk to.

All your "new friends" keep unnecessarily apologizing to you the next day for nodding off at 3:00 am because "They" can't fall asleep unless they take there meds and still need someone to chat with till exhaustion sets in........ And then you realize you never say "good night" to anyone as there is no reason to when you see the sunrise every morning alone.......
