More nightmares last night; I was fighting so hard I came off the couch and hit my head on the coffee table (not bad but that's certainly not in my top ten ways to wake up)

Hang in there, Dean. You're among friends that get it, and you can always vent here.

Have left my comfort zone behind this week and let 2 people in on where I'm at . I had been completely panic stricken. Today I think it's a combo of numbness and nervousness.

It didn't go as I expected at the Dr. He didn't put me on a diuretic due to the meds I'm already on and with the issues I have. He is trying compression stockings. They sure aren't cheap. $118 for one pair. Thank goodness I have insurance. I will wait till next week to get the blood test. Uggg I hate fasting.

Since 2:44 PM my time, I'm very PEEVED off with the health system ! something is wrong, I keep slipping through loup holes. Another wait, this time I promised (and not threatened) to call the journalists next week.

Tea tree oil is a trick I learned from a quadrapalegic (sp?) former client... Anti fungal and it doesn't go after the liver, like the Rx medications. Just use a fresh cue tip on each toe so you don't cross contaminate... it clears up.

Sandra check what they're giving you. Wal-Mart sells compression stockings for like 20 bucks. I'd also check medical supply stores. That sounds a bit much, but if your insurance covers it then let it go I suppose. Your call.

Thanks for the info Wcdean. I do get 100% back from my insurance and the order has already been sent off. And most places don't sell my size or are sold out of specialty items I need. And things cost more in Canada as well.
