Peanut Butter Is My Favorite Comfort Food...

My favorite way to eat PB, is with chocolate, as in Reese's Cups! Mmmm,mmmm,mmmm! Best 'marriage' there ever was. When I was little they called me "the peanut butter kid". It could account for my large rear-end. LOL, it WAS is always good!

My parents and I use PB plain, and in SO many different ways. It can make ANYTHING better! Most of the time anyway.:whistling:

Peanut Butter on pancakes or waffles with maple syrup has been a 'tradition' in our family.
PB drizzled on cheesecake is Icon Nikon's idea I haven't tried yet, and I can't sneak THAT into ICU.

I have to agree with you here Angelkeeper, I have a friend who sends me some every so often for America. She sent me 2 packs for Christmas, I made them last ages.

But my favorite comfort food is thick home made soups, with fresh buttered bread.

I sort of make a reese's type sandwich, peanut butter and nutella (it's a chocolate hazelnut spread- YUM!) on toast. Not the healthiest lunch, but every so often it's a good treat.

I read a recipe somewhere to make chocolate and peanut butter cup cakes, using the Reese cups.

Make chocolate cup cakes as normal, but push a Reese cup into the top for the last 10 mins of baking.

I had eaten them all before I saw this. :rolleyes:

All of the above...PB with ice cream...no bake cookies with peanut butter...spoonful of peanut butter dipped in chocolate chips....peanut butter and honey sandwiches...

To take it a step farther, have you ever had peanut butter chicken? You make a peaunt sauce by blending peanut butter with a little olive oil then toss with your chicken stir fry with noodles...YUMMY!!!
