Fantastic Ayesha! I know it's hard. I have been sober for 4 years now and at times I still feel like having a drink. You know what though? Pay attention to when that feeling of wanting a drink comes up and see how long it lasts actually. It doesn't last long at all!! I used to drink when I was depressed....etc So I had to re-learn to cope with my feelings in other ways then wanting to grab a drink. The hardest about that was re-training my brain, so that not everytime I was depressed the thought of a drink automatically appeared. It does work though :) Keep up the great work. It's tough but I am sure you can do it :)
