I'm feeling proud of myself. I went and I had fun. It was very interesting.

The woman tells stories and tonights subject was 'Daughters of Eve'. She researches her subjects. We were told in the words of women prisoners about their crimes and experiences of being convicted in the late 1790s. From goal in Wales to New South Wales. She was very clever with voices and switching from one character to another. She also played the harp and got everyone involved in protest songs of the time.

ready for a confrontation,
but I also feel so empty and alone.

I'm feeling good today. I slept well.

Today I am pottering around at home, I am enjoying catching up with my journal and reading a book on my Kindle.

I'm feeling balanced ahead of seeing my solicitor tomorrow.

You are worth a great deal
You do fit in and you have many friends who care for you.
Just look at your children and say again that you can't do anything right.

This is a bad day for you but don't give in. This is a 2 step back moment but look at how far you have come.

I feel very anxious today again. Maybe I should talk to my T about upping my meds although I hate having to take them.

KP, I'm so pleased you went and enjoyed yourself. Sometimes it is just what we need to get us out of a dip we may be going through. Sounds like it was very interesting, would have loved to hear the harp. ;)

AngelaMarie, you are not worthless just look at what you have achieved over the last few months.

You are just having a dip, it happens so don't despair. It's part of the course, good days and bad days till you get to the point where the good days out weigh the bad.
