What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I feel relieved that the day is over. It was a really tough day. I did well I kept going.

I am feeling happy! I am home and both dogs and the cat are curled up on my lap. Time for a nap!

I am feeling ok. I feel I am not alone and there is some support I have got from here. It feels someone has kept their hand on my head.

It's been an odd day. One year on the forum today, didn't realise I had joined on my birthday.

Forgot to mention that apart from visiting my sister, I also visited my mother, father and a brother and sister. They had nothing to say as they are buried next to each other at the graveyard in Sydney.

It was an emotionally charged visit.:banghead::inpain:

Loloma, my heart goes out to you. My mother passed away last year after a short illness. It was touch and go every day for a month. I would not wish that on anyone.

As far as feeling, it is very difficult to put my emotions into actual feelings.

I recently went to counseling where they did not let you respond fine or good when asked how you were. You had to state a feeling. It was hard coming up with one everyday and not revert back to good or fine.

Today I feel a little bit of shame for something that should have no shame.

I am feeling good. I am grateful for that. I like living life one day at a time. I hate the bad days, but I love the good days. I have some things I have to do today. Trying to get the energy up to do it. Husband is feeling wimpy today. I may have to go out by myself. Today is a better day.

I feel really low today again. Trying hard not to feel like I must have deserved everything that happened to me. So easy to go to self-loathing, self-hate, self-disgust.

Today is bittersweet. Kinda scary coming out of my 3 week isolation I hope I can do the things that I need to do cause I have been struggling!
