I love wilted greens! I've had wilted salads and wilted greens with fish and it was great! I'm sure they're great with chicken too!

I bake chocolate chip cookies in a mini muffin pan and as soon as I take them out of the oven, I push a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup into the middle of each cookie. Yum!

Oh boy that sounds fantastic!!! I can imagine it now! :D Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are my favorite!! Actually, all the things you mentioned sound awesome! You sure know how to make a delicious treat!!! :)

Sailorgal - Oh my that sounds good! I've never seen coconut cream anywhere. What section is that in in the food store, or can you only get it at specialty stores?

Whole Foods sells Artisiana for $9.99. Trader Joe's might. Haven't seen at major retailers yet. On a side note, yogurt and coconut cream (some call it butter) tastes like cheesecake together!!!

Ok so now we know who's serious about PB! Fancy:whistling: ! I've tried organic before bu normally I just get the plain old UK standard Sun-Pat. I think there's a whole world of PB out there yet but maybe I should just sick to the cheap stuff!
