What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Frustrated with my tots arguing but turned around things on them today and told them I was taking a time-out for myself. They were not too pleased about that. The arguing seems to have stopped and they came to my door and told me that they were good now. Maybe this will be a way I deal with them more in the future when they are getting out of hand.

I had a busy day walking through so much snow. I'm okay. Besides the anxiety that I feel constantly in my body, I am okay today. I am looking forward to my art therapy session on thursday. :)

I am hurting today. I guess perhaps I did too much in fixing my living room. sigh. But I still say it was worth it. LOL. I guess i'll go get out the ice and put in a video or get out my book.

Sad for no reason and lazy today. Sounds like it's going around... sorry to have so much company in that.

I feel like I have a lot to do today.

I feel like I may have taken on too much to go away for 6 days. I think I should have made it 4. I wish I had made it 4 days.

I feel like it is time to go boogie boarding in my Goal 2 Dips in the Ocean a Day.

I ate mango for breakfast this morning and that was yummy. I feel good that I ate food for breakfast.

Cold :coldfeet:. It's minus fourty Celsius with the wind chill today.

A bit unsure today about what decision I am going to make in regards to whether I stay at my new job and save lots of money, or finish my course in April, and then start a new one in October? Totally unsure of what path to take now?

Aside from that I am feeling unsure about how I am feeling right now.

Happy that you are having a good day :) Pardon my ignorance but I hear you speak of Frappes a lot Gizmo and I have no idea what they are. I know what a cappuccino is and a smoothie but what is a Frappes?
