Welcome to the forum. Great job reaching out. So sorry for what you have experienced. I agree with one step to start a trauma diary as you feel ready to write...can be as much or as little as you want...it is a journey...it is not a sprint. Do you have any options for online therapists?
I do agree. For a long time I did not really have anger, could not get in touch with. Once I did it helped in shifting guilt, some shame, helped reframe my thinking. Next is learning what to do with the anger, getting it out in healthy way.
