5 things Im doing for me today

My close friend and I talk & pray in the mornings and have been listing 5 things we'll do for ourselves & then we touch back about it to stay accountable

Its nice.

Some of my lists have been like this:

& tbh sometimes it takes hours to make the list in the morning but not always

1. wash hair
2. magnesium bath (like Dr. Teals bubble bath)
3. eat 3 different things
4. sit outside for 20 mins
5. read for 30 mins

my real one for today next
 
1. refill water cup with filtered water 2x
2. work on to do list (has 14 things already)
3. eat 4 small meals
4. declutter for 20 mins
5. ask a difficult question to someone today.
 
Some of em already happened but I'll put them anyway

Ate healthy
Did an hour housework
Sorted out an anxiety provoking task

It's 10pm already here, but 2 more things I can do

Meditate
Weights
 
I really love this too…..

1. Go to the gym
2. Have a short day time nap
3. Read for at least 30 mins
4. Journal
5. Do 2 X different types of stitching
