A Question About Cpp

About eight years ago I applied for cpp in Ontario and was denied. So then I applied for a disability tax credit, appealed and won. I appealed the cpp too but lost, that was 8 years ago. Does anyone know if I reapply for cpp now that I qualify for the disability tax credit will they take it off my work pension or will I just receive the money. I don't want to go through all of the work if they are just going to take it anyway. Anyone have something similar?

@pandora Please could you change your title to the words not the abbreviation Cpp. People in different countries have different abbreviations.

Canada pension Plan. Best bet is to call the bureaucrats themselves or just google your question. My thinking is that you have to reapply, but I am no expert on that. And unless a tax expert/government official answers you, every situation is different, so you need to get it from the horse's mouth yourself.
