A Quick Hello

Hi there,

Just signed up not really sure what to say. Recently been through a tough time due to an incident that happened last year. My recent counsellor thinks I am suffering from PTSD, no diagnosis or anything yet have history of depression and anxiety had been really well for few years until all this happened.

Not sure what's next for me currently off work but will post re that in separate post. Just wanted to say hello.

Hi Sazza, welcome to the forum.

There is some wonderful information here. Have a read of the articles and some of the threads. One of the things which struck me was that I was no longer alone, people here understood how I felt.
