Sufferer Hello, I'm new - social phobia and bullying

Flutterby_

New Here
Hello, everyone 😊 I'm new.
For the past six months, I've been experiencing relentless bullying online. Recently, for the first time in a long while (since March), I saw my psychologist, who said my condition most closely resembles CPTSD.
For context: I've had social phobia my whole life (working on it with a therapist for 5 years) and extremely high unhealthy level of empathy sensitivity. I have never met anyone as empathetically sensitive as me. My CPTSD diagnosis is very recent (less than a month ago).
I would like to make posts about what has been happening to me and to get understanding, support and advice if that's possible - maybe anyone had gone through anything similar? However, I believe it's best not to share the evidence I do have and the details, I'm very afraid of triggering anyone, making anyone worry. Also, I'm not a native English speaker, if something is unclear, please, ask me😊

Welcome.

It's about you and processing your trauma, making sense of things and working through it.

Share what you need to in order to do that, but yeah the Internet, you already have had bullying so be careful.

At the same time we all make mistakes, dont beat yourself up if someone takes something wrong or something comes across wrong.

High empathy seems to be a thing for many sufferers, hope you find some things to help you.

Aloha! Welcome to the community! 🤠

It's strange to me, I feel frustrated.
Mod Note : In the general public, who’ve never experience real trauma (it’s mostly fictional, entertainment, or something someone they know has experienced), a brief overlay of WARNING! rape, death, death by rape, children killed by rape, abuse, child abuse, death by fire, mass graves, cannibalism, not suitable for children, etc. might be a useful thing. No blue sky filter. Something brutal, is about to be depicted, spoken on, imagined, etc. (not happen).

People who’ve experienced real trauma? Have PTSD? (And there is a GIANT buffet of options, PTSD only being one of the more mild, that can result from trauma). Know it could be a cleansing product, or fluffy kittens, or a shaft of sunlight, or, or, or, which is a trigger. Every. Single. Word. Posted. In. This. Forum. Could trigger someone else. So do we all sit silent, not typing? Nope! THIS IS A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE CAN DISCUSS TRAUMA AND ITS CONSEQUENCES. 🤩

Check these links out, for more/better info on that:

>>> Reading Forum Increases Symptoms!

We do PTSD level trauma, here. Have done, for 20 years. Trigger Warnings are useless, as EVERY post would need a trigger warning.

Member hat back on! Mod note Finis 🤠 Again, welcome.
