Oh, I don't know, I would miss some of that mockery :) You have a way with words.

Part of the battle is self recognition, and you've already done that. Therapy too, which you are in. Just curious as to why you don't let your therapist use cognitive therapy very often? I'm not well versed on some of these things, so it's more of a curiosity question, and of course, how does that kind of therapy make you feel? If this is too invasive, don't answer, I will understand.

The jest of what I am about to say is the Gods Honest Truth. I had to look up the following:Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic approach that addresses dysfunctional emotions, maladaptive behaviors and cognitive processes and contents through a number of goal-oriented, explicit systematic procedures.

I do not remember EMDR sessions and for that matter much of any conversations I have with (T).

I seem to have ground hog day without the "hog".

This forum is my panacea, I am" toooo" obtuse.

I know what obtuse means in the human sense :) It points to non specificity. As in being unable to really pin point your thoughts and feelings, never being able to pin point the wheres and whys of situations. That can block emotional progress. But you see, MadMax, I don't see you as being obtuse, which was my point. Maybe in some areas that I don't know about, but I think there is some introspection there. Someone who is obtuse would not have that.

I still stand by my reasoning for angles.
