Well, here you cannot go to army if you have any medical conditions, even at war times, and especially now when it's not mandatory

@Saelben, I wouldn't worry that much. Chaos war is? Also often means lost paperwork and a lot of peculiar formations distracting people's attentions.

So I wouldn't think that much about 'unable to participate', if it's your calling, and if you feel the need to protect your country? There'll be some other way.

Believe me, no such need. Running from war is the main activity to do here once war starts, and as the countries are tiny, it doesn't last too long
