DID An alter got the backseat

I think this might pass as the anniversary I wasnt really ware starts to pass. It was just sort of the period that the abuse started also. About this time. But I didn't really remember it

Though if you can find a way to get your alter feeling safe, that never hurts anything.

I don't know what is happening with me

It seems to take the front seat from time to time... I recently had disociative alter episode, in front of my T. talking about trauma. I didn't remember anything from the theraphy session. I found out when I came to theraphy two days ago and I was completely unaware of any "homework", and didn't even remember lot of stuff from the session

This is old post but for us cartoons work like a miracle cure and I bought stuffie for little to hug when needed. I would try to increase communication through writing because some alters prefer that. I hope things are better now.
When I was in T (not been in a year ) I blackouted constantly and it was most disturbing time because constant switching / stress....
