Okay.. had this wierd dreamin which she said that she was determined to work on changing, and getting better... It was a long talk in thže dream, felt so real... In the morning I barely resisted the urge to call

Having some occasional downs. But they last maybe a few minutes, and happen less than once a day. Generally okay now. Seeing how much the decision helped.
