Anyone else find their sleep greatly improved by taking an SSRI at bed-time?

I take both Remeron and Zoloft because of hyperarousal affecting my sleep, and I also keep a detailed sleep log of all the different medicines (and the time I take them)... and I've found that the optimal time to take the SSRI (Zoloft) is at bed-time and greatly increases how long I stay asleep for... Currently I take 30mg Remeron and 50mg Zoloft at bed-time and I've found this is the optimal combination for the best night's sleep... So Remeron puts me to sleep, but Zoloft helps keep me asleep.

So has anyone else found that taking an SSRI (or similar) at bed-time significantly improves the sleep quality?

I think I used to take my Zoloft at night and it helped with sleep, yes. But then I began oversleeping so I switched to morning again haha :)
