Anyone use an antihistamine that doesn’t cause anxiety?

I was taking cetirizine for my hay fever when I realised that it also helps me sleep better.

So now I take it when I feel I need help with sleep, or with hay fever symptoms. It is cheap - and I bought a one year supply online.

I have used various antihistamines over the years and never found one that increases anxiety, or even that points out anxiety as a side effect.

Have you tried any of the Tylenol products? They are given to pregnant women and people with high blood pressure...

I just bought more generic Claritin at the dollar store......ten pills for $1. It’s the exact same stuff that is sold generic elsewhere for much more. (Same inner packaging, different box). I hope it works. I’ll start taking it in a few days.

Just gonna make another plug for doxylamine, the antihistamine in SOME types of Unisom, in case you missed it

I used a nasal spray call draxol or droxill... it has chamomile. I did not notice any changes in anxiety.

Just noticed i can breathe easier.
