Best apps for me is LibriVox one it's like public domain audio books read be volunteers so some are better than others. But it help to distract for me and I feel like I'm at least accomplishing something. When things are really bad I listen to audiobooks and do something with my hands (colouring in, knitting, craft stuff) it takes up my whole attention.

I did use super better for a while but when I was depressed and couldn't accomplish things it made me feel sad lol. Maybe I should get back into that actually cause it was quite good.

Pinterest is awesome I've got private boards for different things. ideas for when I'm depressed, anxious, grounding and coping techniques it's hard to think of at the time so to be able to just open Pinterest and see all the ideas for self care for example makes it a bit easier.

Yoga studio is pretty awesome too. You can set it to give you a reminder to practice your yoga it also has a few meditations on it. I think I did pay for that though.

Sleep well is a guided sleep meditation app and I quite like it it's a female speaking as well I like that. It does actually sometimes work it's the only I've found to help a bit with insomnia.

5k runner, it's a jogging app that over like 8 weeks should get you jogging 5k. It's good for me because I tend to let jogging go by the wayside every now and then so I have to start from scratch to get my fitness level up again.
