My name is Ana. I'm a 35 year old army and fire brigade veteran. Only addressing PTSD now and looking for some people like me since I have never managed to meet anyone. I'm at a point of my life where I damaged all my relationships and I'm being more self-destructive than ever. I guess i just need to talk. Started therapy recently and finding it extremely hard. I’m one of a handful of vets that’s kicking around the forum, USMC & NGOs & contracting oh my ;).... and there are a helluva lot of damn fine first responders round abouts. Groups are still quite new, and much slower than the forum main (you’re both welcome and encourage to use both!), but of the two (military & first response) this one is the most active :) Dead Link Removed

Yup.. We're here for you! Sure glad to see you Friday! I'm part vet. I got out ( it was peacetime) Not sure what they let me go on, I shredded my papers, in a time when nothing mattered to me. Got a honorable.

Sorry therapy is rough but it can be
