Yes, I'd also missed an awful lot of what's here until getting an alert this morning that the thread was active. How lovely, to see all the new work, thanks to everyone who posted, it's SUCH a lift to scroll down and walk through the forum art museum.

Thanks Orglethorp. The clouds, (and a lot of the rest) are different photoshop brushes that are available on the web for free download for non-commercial use. I'm still learning, so taking my inspiration from other works I've seen and trying to put my own twist on things with the techniques I've learned so far.

I'm a huge fan of photoshop myself. Adobe in general, actually. The jay I posted was done in Adobe Illustrator.
