Is it abandonment if you're ready to leave though? I think the more the therapy is successful the...

Personally I don't think leaving is abandonment as it shows you have 1. Felt the pain… courageous 2. Learnt to accept it 3. Not necessarily "moved on" but you have matured with it and used the tools/skills in your daily life and perhaps for other struggles too.

I know I have attachment issues my T and I have discussed that I didn't learn how to develop healthy re...
I too struggle with "trusting others" throughout life. And it has shown that when I do trust someone it's there to stay…

In terms of contacting my therapist outside of sessions, I don't have this access nor have I enquired about it.

Right now what seems to be helping me is my Training course that I have enrolled on for the next 2 weeks ( to help in professional life) so keeping a "busy mind" throughout the day is a saviour.
2. Writing on my diary, Which was recommended by my T. Although this also remembers me of him therefore it can also make me "sad" at times.
3. Music !!!! And lots of it
4. Taking to family & friends , a little bit obvious but when you feel low you don't wanna talk to anyone.
5. Keeping active, even if it's just a walk… today for example I needed to go out at night, called some friends and just let it go.

Those feelings and attachments I had spoke about (on my Thread) are still there for sure, don't get me wrong. Today I went to the park and started writing on my diary, oh who taugh me this "therapist" and the memories just come with it…

And breath… we can do it people
