Suicidal, I'm on court ordered treatment and suicide watch. Something that I can't explain happened. Was really important and very personal, really cool and then really scary. People are getting under my skin for fun it seems but there are too many....

I understood it from that sentence as 'these people do not mean it seriously / are not a real threat to me, but there are too many (of them coming at me)'?

They aren't that much in your way, because you're already clear on what you're doing and heading back out, while they're still deciding about what they're doing, so in a way you got an upper hand on them, already knowing what you're up to.
