Been Having The Oddest Dreams Lately

It just showed up on the table I was sitting at but I ran away and it went after another woman. Weird.

If its not too personal, Whats a typical teeth dream like? Is this more like having broken teeth in...
Mine are often about teeth getting loose and I pull them out and there's a lot of blood. Or they hurt and I look and they're rotten and I pull and pull and try to get then out. Either way quite unpleasant.

Thanks, was just curious because have not yet had one, just the ever recurring cannot find a bathroom with a door one,

Both of those i would find terrifying, the visual image would surely stay stuck my head all day. Lack of teeth, unable to communicate, express oneself, or afraid of being embarrassed in a situation,

Am still intrigued by the rhino though
Read that the Rhino could mean you have to move towards your goals, and to not let anything get in your way, .
Maybe rhino one was just trying really hard to get rhino two out of their way...

I've been having the same damn dream for over a decade, with little variations. I was a teacher until I went on disability retirement last year, but I still dream of being in a classroom full of kids I can't control, I have no lesson plan or materials, and the principal walks in to give me a performance evaluation. The dreams are very vivid and I rarely get back to sleep after waking. I'd had a brief respite and hoped they were over, but I've had it the past 4 nights. I know that teaching was very stressful for me and that being in a school building was a trigger for me, but I've been out of the classroom since last February.
I've tried a variety of relaxation techniques (breathing meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, chanting meditation, guided meditation) before going to bed, but to no avail.

I've read about lucid dreaming but cannot get to the point of knowing I'm dreaming when I am dreaming, let alone learn to control my dreams.

Anyone have a good suggestion to try?

This time my car lost control and started going faster and faster and I thought I was going to die. I was bawling my eyes out. I don't remember what stopped it exactly.

Oh, I get upsetting transportation dreams a lot - cars, trains, etc. Usually it's about where I'm going in life or who's in control of that (fighting for the wheel etc). Once I can figure them out they stop again until the next time I'm worried about where I'm going in life or who's in control.

I am not sure that I have a right to post this so I will keep it short.
has anyone found (or heard of) any methods of dream management? I mean not waking up during the night after a dream

Last night when j first started dozing off I kept seeing my ex. That sucked.

When I finally slept a little i dreamt I left my son in a cave and left. I kept telling him I'd be back later. I kept picturing him sitting there waiting and I felt awful.

I woke up every hour on the hour. All night.
