*grumbles at both of you* It's over -30 here, with snow and ice and my bike is 4 hours away and needs work.

Hi Bec, I'd love to have ago riding in the snow haven't see any for years. Is that -30f (for us foreigners:D)?
It's a barmy +35c (about +95f) & 85% humidity here at the mo, never gets below +14c here it the winter. Don't mind the cool but but not as cold as you've got it.
Shame about your bike what did you do to it?

Hi rjtransient,
"enduro rider" good to hear, I used to love enduro & pony express, I don't know how old you are but as I got older the the fitness level bet me, now kicking on the door of 43 trail riding, & trials is more the go. The older you get the more you get concerned that falling off is going to hurt:D.
Even the wife loved trials she could walk along with me egging me on in the tough sections, I'll get back I won C grade 2 years running, I want a 3rd, I'll get back!
I used to live bikes, adventure & camping out til PTSD, I hope that returns til then,
I gotta say I know this threads not about me BUT: thanks you guy's this is keepin the dream alive.

Hi Blwnawy not done much in the way of trials.. im not good at the dirt stuff really better on tarmac :D
The Sm is purely a road toy I do fancy having a go at racing though

The quote I like thats what my dad is like riding off road, he certainly dont go for the `if you dont fall off your not trying hard enough` he use to say it was cos he didnt want to damage the bike LOL

As for not being about you its about Bikes and bikers and you are one of them.

Yep have to agree, this is how it should be.

Eyes tight shut and hold on, pillion get off and walk. MM should have thought about that myself, before doing the TT course on the Isle Of Mann ROFL.

May never be able to do that again, but I am so glad I got one chance to do it. You have to do this once in your life lovingbiker, before they stop you racing over the mountain. :D
