Bum Wiping & Wet One's Aka Moist Towelette's

Yer, we have Target, and refillable wipes... but they are the normal baby wipes. The flushable wipes here are really quite new to Australia and not a huge thing. Me personally, I like the baby wipes and don't care whether they're flushable or not, there going down the toilet whether they want to or not... they're also thicker, which I like better than the flushable. Now those come in refills here... but not the flushable type... damn it.

Yea that's pretty much my opinion on refillable wipes, my toilet hasn't sent one back so I figure flushing them is fine and they're 10x better then flushable ones. Huggies makes the Best-wet wipes in my opinion. I don't think I’ve seen refills for flushable wipes either in any brand? :(

I know of several brands of flushable wipes that have refill packs...but that is here in the US.

The stupid thing here, is the flushable are more expensive than the baby wipes, obviously more baby wipes sell... yet the flushable, once again something being good for the environment and biodegradable, is more expensive than the nasty product... yet the nasty product does the job better. Less chance of poo on the fingers too with the baby wipes IMO :laugh:

Those flushable wipes remind me of cheap toilet paper... you wipe and your fingers go straight through it... not knowing what to do... wipe it off, go to basin with pants around ankles to wash off... decisions, decisions! :rolleyes:

There is a compromise (at least in this country)...the companies that make baby wipes also make flushable wipes (and they have refill packs) that are marketed more for toddlers and young kids. IMO they are not as nice as baby wipes but somewhat better than the adult flushable wipes.

As for cost...yeah, can't help you there...it sucks that they charge more for these things.

Well... you won't believe what I bought for Anthony yesterday in NY.... "i go" "Your toddler's first toilet tissue - Toddler Moist Wipes with Aloe & Vitamins A, D & E - flushable moist wipes".

Disregarding the 'flushable' the word 'Toddler' is humorous to say the least let alone the fact that he is using them for both ends - the other being his runny nose from the cold he caught at the Thanksgiving Day Parade.

I soooo wish I could post emoticons on this iPad as it is p*ss funny!!!!

BTW, baby wipes are also great for muddy dog paws...
