I am so there with you on that one. I tried decaf for a while, but had to switch back as it made me feel ill drinking it.

I've been buying candles like crazy as of late. I like the way it feels when they are lighted.

Our church lights candles before each service and then damps them out when the service is complete. So candle lighting is part of many a Christian church service too. It signifies that the Holy Spirit is present. He is always present, but the candle lighting is a reminder!

My lounge is almost finished. The lounge suite is being delivered on Friday. Hubby is away until Saturday night. I will have everything sorted and light some lovely scented candles to welcome him home.

KP, what a wonderful welcome for him! I bet your place is looking very smart.

I keep my aromatherapy oil close and some stones KP bought me. I use them to ground me as the smell is something that can bring me back to reality and the stones remind me of people who care.

Amethist taught me to make air fresher with essential oils. I'm allergic to commercial air freshers and home made ones are much nicer.

I light candles mostly during the winter when it gets dark early, especially at Christmas, but I do light them if I am thinking of someone.

That's a great idea Cath. There is a candle that reminds me of my grandma's bathroom(good smells of those little soaps), that, when I light it, I always think of her. I should do it more often. How comforting.
