Can't Remember Device Name

I was being treated with emdr and my therapist advised me to use a device to help with my breathing. It was about 3in long with a spot for your thumb and lights on top of it that intricate your heart rate or breathing.....not sure just remember to make the lights slow down. Long story short I crushed it and lately my symptoms have been returning and I would really like to have the device as an aid again.

If you know the name I would be very grateful.

Okay so I found its called an emwave

This is really interesting, how did it affect your breathing/pulse etc, does it just record them or did it calm you in some way?

It works as a monitor. With a breathing technique it will help you coach yourself.

Lol I mean is that what the device is used for? I've done EEG biofeedback before but not straightforward biofeedback with a personal device.
