New therapist is trauma expert, reviewed her colleagues notes and spoke with my neurologist and psychiatrist. Interviewed me for hour and said I have significant brain injury symptoms and complex PTSD. Sent me home with brain injury homework. Said I'm suffering equally from TBI maybe even more than CPTSD.
My mixed speech and hearing is from TBI with seizures, stuttering is PTSD stress. She seems very knowledgeable. She is going to focus on my worst trauma first, and let me tell here if it is a slow enough pace. I feel relieved to have someone put me on solid therapy plan.
