Yes, I am supporting Holland. Some would say it's a little cowardly only picking a team to support once your halfway through the semi-finals. I like to think it's quite sensible, especially if your English!!

Haha thanks, Springer! Yeah I'm with my parents and we did have orange hats on, but they're off by now. Not the most comfortable, the supporters' gear.

But I appreciate your support. I'd do the same for England if things were reversed. We are practically neighbours after all ;)

Just because I live in California, wear tie died shirts, shorts, sandals, have long hair and a really long beard does not mean I'm a stoner. I haven't gotten high since '85 as a kid. Ok, I was a stoner back then, but not now. The only drugs I use are prescribed to me by a doctor or shrink. I don't even drink much or very often.

With the medical marijuana laws here, I can't guarantee this will be true forever though. I'd love to use some weed if it is actually effective at reducing my anxiety and/or pain. I'm just worried I'll screw myself out of my VA and retirement benefits.

Lol, no. I don't believe in crystals or dream catchers. I do respect those who do, it's just not for me. Although... once again, as a teenager I might have, but I'll never tell. ;)

Hello there! :-)

I'm from Germany and I don't wear lederhosen all day and drink a lot of beer. I don't like soccer and couldn't care less about the World Cup (even if it leads to arguments with my colleagues who are totally excited...).

I'm not always efficient and organize everything and I don't drive a German car. I don't yodel and I hate sauerkraut. :wtf:

And not like some politicians, I can speak English without my accent from the state I come from. :dead:

Are there some other myths about Germans...which I might correct? ;)
