I have to ask: why are you so stuck on PTSD?
Exactly. Either you think that this is serious, or you don't. I don't think your diagnosis will be PTSD, but if it's serious enough to be effecting your life then you absolutely should pursue an accurate diagnosis. Why are you apparently ignoring every bit of advice you are getting?
They won't. Whatever your diagnosis, it's obvious these symptoms come back in times of stress. Which of course will start a snowball effect. So you need to do something about it. And doing something starts with getting appropriate treatment. Sorry, but at this point, if you want to sit there and feel sorry for yourself and just hope things will get better while taking guesses at what you have and not seeking any real help, no one here can do much for you and it's a waste of everyone's time.I can only hope that the symptoms go away this time too.
Just my two cents. Either you want to get better or you don't. Up to you. No matter what it is, that's just how mental health concerns work. There's no magic solution that doesn't take hard work.
