Thanks for this @Saelben.I have no idea if I have D.I.D, I have read a lot about it and have many of the symptoms butI am scared to tell a psychologist about it, is there a way I can figure it out by myself? I suffered csa by my mother and father in early childhood, I am now a 31 year old female but often feel there's at least one other main alter which is like a 7 year old boy call Sean, I even asked my mother to call me that one time when she tried to molest me and I often feel him in me, as me, if that makes sense? I talk in a little girl voice sometimes but also my grandmother's voice :( I am so confused and scared to tell in case they think I'm insane or something even though I'm not.

No, it's a bit complicated. I remembered the abuse last year, I was meant to be working on my eating phobia and emotional abuse, psychologist told me to have a break (i didn't want to) i am in UK so it is the NHS. I m due back at psychology (new person) in 2 weeks. In the meantime I am seeing a rape crisis counsellor (got 8 sessions left) and I am on a waiting list for a charity that does counselling for sexual abuse (according to psychology I have to go there for help with sexual abuse, I assume the psychologists don't specialise in sexual abuse?) I feel very confused about the way they're going to treat me.
