Poll Do You Notice A Rise In Symptoms Prior To Getting Ill?

I actually haven't thought about this. I know when I am triggered I can get ill after but I am also triggered by being ill as I was punished for it as a child. So I'm a little confused.

I feel calmer for 24 hrs and than bang I'm shaking and in full panic mode and I trust no one not even family.
