I would check with a Rheumatologist to be on the safe side. When I get angry, my arms hurt. When I am pathetically sad, my legs hurt. It's from Fibromyalgia. A lot of pain can be caused by stress due to this, and it in itself can cause a person to be depressed. Many people are misdiagnosed when it comes to this sometimes dormant pain condition. People with PTSD can get nauseated or feel the stress around the muscles around the stomach as well if they have an acute enough case of it. Physical pain that swells with the emotions are a good symptom to share with a specialist, because primary care doctors don't always link it together. Good luck!
