Not a failure. I like this phrase. Mental illness isn't a sign of weakness but a sign you have been too strong for too long.

Maze I love that.

When I was in the bin there was this poster up quoting a doctor/psychiatrist that said something like "mental illness isn't weak--to survive it you gotta have a backbone of steal"

When I am down on myself for not being able to do things I could do before my PTSD I always remember this quote. I'm glad it helped.:)
