Lord, Marlene there isn't a chance of that here.
You only get bussed to school if you live 2 km away. Home schooling is only through the Ministry of Education and there is a ton of red tape (which I am not doing), and the resources at school are not used for kids like Matt. According to the school Matt's PTSD just does not count. I've been there done that and lost that fight. FAC'S even fought it out with the school over not providing Matt with an enviornment he could learn in. The most they would give him is a desk in the hallway to work in when it was too noisy. The system here is freindly towards ADHD but that's about it.
In fact, we have laws here that when a child misses so many days, it's an automatic fail for the year. So if you have a chronic illness, good luck on passing your grades.
