I deal with my stress with this in mind:
"there may not be many people out there to help me, the only person who seems to be able to help me, is me."
This is how far I have come:
1) Even though I still look behind myself while outside, I manage to walk places with little to no fear.
2) I am stuck in my mom's house until I can afford an apartment, but at least i am able to find ways to keep calm. Even when she yells, she isnt as violent since she doesnt drink and is on her computer demanding people get things for her.
3) I am far from being over being paranoid of what people think of me. Yet I am able to stay relaxed and deal with my fears
4) Even though the nighmares, anxiety attacks, flashbacks, depression and all my other issues cease not, I am able to find my way out of my problems if I can try to keep calm.
