I understand. That sounds like a completely normal response given what you have been through, but I know how yucky it still feels.

Your feelings are are valid and real, except for the 'stupid' part. I often find myself feeling like such a freak when that happens to me. I do know how you feel.

I have gotten those gyn tests before. I always feel so violated afterward. They aren't fun and when you've had an experience like you've had, it's super not fun. I really think you did the best you could given the circumstances.
