Sexual Assault Fm Syndrome

I don't know if this belong to here but I cannot found where else I write this question...

Is here anyone who have fibromyalgia syndrome? It sometimes start after abuse...

My doctor thinks that I maybe have it, but we take more tests so we can be sure. If I have it, I think I have live with it a very LONG time.

I just want to ask this because IF there is someone else with FM, I would be very happy if you can tell how you are doing with your life with fm.

Sorry to hear you'r health isn't good, I imagine fm to be quite painful. I haven't got it myself but have had other pretty serious things. Most of which are over now thankfully.

I have seen alot about fm in relation to abuse/trauma...there is a trauma centre in Edinburgh that deals with it specifically. There have been some leaps forward in the past couple of decades regarding this stuff. I'm sure if you could find a trauma specialist you may be able to alleviate it. I can't stress enough how important getting a specialist was to me. Good Luck X
