Historically
@Ms Spock you are totally correct. I have been a complete Idiot regarding my medications.
However after my last sectioning recently I have written a chart of what medications I must take and when. My four doses per day are all made up the night before and placed in the medicine cabinet clearly marked at what time of day I need to take them, I have set 4 alarms on my phone to prompt me to take them so I do not forget to take them. If I go out for any reason I take two small pill bottles clearly marked and I put my medications in those pots.
My issue regarding my medications if the fact that I am now an epileptic and have been prescribed a recovery medication by my specialist, they give me 1 tablet per day for recovery, I have several seizures on some days and need 1 pill for every seizure to recover, so by only giving me 1 tablet per day and refusing to give me sufficient recovery Pills IMHO they are putting my life at risk.
I also have a serious gastric medical problem for which I have again to take a PRN medication, if I don't take this pill the chance of me developing a serious/critical gut issue that will see me in hospital is hard to even comprehend. The medications they have refused to give me are these 2.
Yes I have been in crisis the last few weeks and I am still dry, I am feeling so much better both mentally and physically, My medications are now under control and I am sleeping much better, my rib fractures are healed and I am no longer in agony every time I breath, my knee is healing well and I am off the walking stick for the past 4 days.
I value your advise
@Ms Spock and thank you for you comments.
