My pops brought this up earlier today and told me it's ok to this if I want to. :mad::mad:

It's apparently legal in some countries for my age group. If I wanted to kill myself, I'd rather jump off of a cliff than have a f*cking doctor do it for me. :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

There is no way I am doing that. I think I'd rather be homeless at this point.

I know the feeling! My entire family on dad's side (removed by a divorce 23 yrs).

My mom also handed me a loaded gun begging me to shoot myself.

Im sorry your dad (i think what pops is?) did that! Its a horrible thing when one tells another to kill themselves!

And no, you should NOT do it (or jump off of a bridge)! You are worth a lot and would be missed horribly! :hug:

Maybe I have a warped sense of humor.

I'd probably start cutting out newspaper articles about people who kill their abusive parents and send them to him in plain unmarked envelopes.

See how much "pops" enjoys the treatment.

If it doesn't make him think about his behavior at least a little bit, I could at least enjoy a little wry humor.....

It just makes me angry when people especially family are insensitive.

I'm flashing back to WWII Germany where people with mental illness were eliminated.

As much as I want to die at times, I still don't think state sanctioned (it's legal) suicide is a good idea.
