To get out of the house for my appointment though I feel like cancelling it. It doesn't help my anxiety any to be thinking the dr must think "wow she's gotten so huge since I first started seeing her!". I know, not realistic.
1) Not use that left arm
2) The x-ray technician is coming today and I need to be grounded before he gets here.
3) Function physically in a safe manner.
4) Be good to myself
5) Keep talking to people
Today I hope to:
1. leave my office at work
2. Go to the bank and get something notarized that I've been putting off for a month.
3. Go to the post office to mail two packages.
Today I am going to a new class and a new place, with people I mostly don't know. It is a little bit stressful.
I have been in pain in my stomach and haven't done the preparation that I needed to (as much as I wanted to) so I will just go with the day. At least I will be there.
