What are my goals for the day? :cautious:
I don't know. I hate how one little thing happening last Tuesday has snowballed into everything falling off track, and now I have to start over from the beginning. :confused: I guess my goals are to get back to basics. Self-care. Vitamins, lots of water, three healthy meals a day (already messed that up with a crappy breakfast... but, y'know, I want to improve through the rest of the day... ;)), exercise, sunlight and good sleep. :joyful: Those are my goals for the next few days until I can get things back under control. Meanwhile, I'm trying to keep up with all my responsibilities as well, without losing my mind. :wacky:
